Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Returns must be requested in advance by contacting us at gentlemenx.store@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Items that have been worn, used, damaged, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

- sale items

- gift cards

- personalized or custom-made products

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

European Union (14-Day Cooling-Off Period):

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

However, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
